Who we are

Landable (landablejobs.com) decides how the data described here is used. For any question or request about your data, email privacy@landablejobs.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and the date you joined.
• Account: your name, email address, and a hash of your password (never the password itself). Each sign-in creates a session that records the IP address and browser it came from.
• Profile: what you enter so we can check job locations for you: country of residence, time zone, countries where you already have the right to work, export-control status, languages, and job-title filters. We never ask for or store your nationality.
• Your activity: jobs you save or dismiss, applications you track and the notes you add, and API tokens you create (stored only as a hash).

Why we use it

• Waitlist address: to email you once when Landable opens. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@landablejobs.com.
• Account, profile and activity: to provide the service you signed up for.
• Sessions and IP addresses: to keep accounts secure and to limit abuse, such as repeated sign-in attempts. This is our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data to train AI models.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. The database is stored in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe region, and Cloudflare may process data in other countries under its data protection terms. Cloudflare keeps request logs for a few days; ours record the page, the response code and the timing, not your IP address or anything you type.

Resend sends our account emails, such as password resets. It receives your email address and the message, and may process them in other countries under its data protection terms.

No one else receives your data.

Cookies

We set two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist address: until we send the launch email, then we delete it. Ask earlier and we delete it then.
• Account and everything in it: until you ask us to delete the account. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@landablejobs.com from the address concerned and we will reply within 30 days. Deleting an account removes its profile, saved jobs, applications and tokens.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority: in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU or the UK, the authority in your country.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when what we collect changes. If a change affects data you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
